AGX Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game Arrowwise - Puzzle Game ("Arrowwise" or the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how information may be handled when you use Arrowwise. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about the information used by the App and by third-party services integrated into it.

By using Arrowwise, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information stored locally on your device

Arrowwise stores game-related information locally on your device to provide core gameplay and progression features. This may include:

• Level progress and unlocked levels

• Star ratings and gameplay statistics

• Hints and coins

• Daily Challenge progress and streaks

• Achievement progress

• Game settings such as sound, music, haptics, and grid preferences

• Other gameplay state required for the App to function

This information is stored locally using the App's local storage system and is not maintained by an Arrowwise cloud account.

Information we do not directly request

Arrowwise does not require you to create a user account and, according to the App's current design, does not directly request access to:

• Your contacts

• Your photos or videos

• Your microphone

• Your camera

• Your precise location

• Your calendar

• Your health information

• Your SMS or call information

Arrowwise also does not provide user-to-user messaging or social communication features.

3. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Arrowwise uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide advertising.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and share certain information automatically for purposes such as advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and SDK performance. Depending on configuration and device settings, this may include information such as:

• IP address

• Advertising ID or other device/account identifiers

• App and user interaction information

• Diagnostic and performance information

• Information related to advertisements shown or interacted with

Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit. The collection of Android Advertising ID can also be affected by applicable Android settings and developer configuration.

4. How Advertising Works in Arrowwise

Arrowwise may display:

• Optional rewarded advertisements that provide in-game rewards such as hints or coins

• Limited interstitial advertisements displayed at appropriate points in gameplay

The App is designed so that advertisements do not intentionally interrupt active puzzle solving except where described in the App's gameplay and monetization design.

5. In-App Purchases

Arrowwise may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play, including products such as:

• No Ads

• Hint Packs

• Premium Bundle

Payments and purchase processing are handled by Google Play. Arrowwise does not receive or store your full payment card number or other complete payment credentials.

Purchase information may be processed by Google Play according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.

6. How We Use Information

Information handled by Arrowwise is used to:

• Provide and maintain gameplay functionality

• Save your progress and settings

• Provide rewards, hints, achievements, and Daily Challenge features

• Deliver and manage advertising

• Support in-app purchases and premium entitlements

• Improve reliability and performance where applicable

• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues

7. Information Sharing

Arrowwise does not sell your personal information.

Game progress and settings stored locally by the App are not routinely uploaded to an Arrowwise cloud server.

Third-party service providers may process information as necessary to provide their services. In particular, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) processes relevant advertising and device information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes.

Google Play may also process information associated with purchases and app distribution.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and its integrated services.

Game progress stored locally remains on your device unless you reset or remove it.

Data transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit according to Google's implementation and security practices.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Arrowwise currently uses local storage for core game progress and settings.

Your locally stored game data generally remains on your device until:

• You use the Reset Progress option in the App, or

• You uninstall the App, subject to the behavior of your device and operating system.

Arrowwise does not currently maintain a cloud-based user account containing your game progress.

Third-party services such as Google may retain information according to their own policies and legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

Arrowwise is not specifically designed as a children's app and is intended for users aged 13 and above.

We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so that we can review the matter.

11. Your Choices

You can control certain aspects of your use of Arrowwise through the App's settings, including available sound, music, haptic, grid, and progress-reset options.

You may also control certain advertising-related settings through your Android device and Google account settings, where available.

Rewarded advertising is optional for the associated in-game reward.
